While Ferrari has claimed hybrid F-Cars are several years off, a recent report suggests that a hybrid version of the company’s 599 GTB flagship will debut at the Geneva Auto Show in March. This hybrid will likely be performance based and use a kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) setup similar to the ones designed for Formula One.

Apparently it is no fun anymore for rich folks in Dubai to own JUST an ordinary supercar which worth ONLY a million dollar! As a new trend, people want to have their very own one-off car, and high-end tuners are there to fulfill even their maddest dreams. Take this for example, the Gemballa MIG-U1 based on Ferrari Enzo, commissioned by Galadari brothers, an Iranian family who literally own half of Dubai.

It’s being hailed as the ultimate, most advanced road car Ferrari has ever made. Aiming to leave exotic rivals including the Lamborghini Reventón and Bugatti Veyron trailing, the ferocious flagship will break from the norm in more ways than one. And our stunning illustrations show how such a model could look. It will be not only quicker and more focused than the Enzo, but smaller, lighter and more fuel efficient, too.

Think you've seen the most hardcore 500 already? Sure, Abarth has churned out some pretty wicked versions of the retro-hatch, but even the 695 Tributo Ferrari and R3T rally machine can't hold a candle to the beast above. Given the name, you might think this latest Cinquecento was the result of another collaboration between Abarth and its big sister companies.

A new prancing horse has just bolted into view. Our spy photographers caught the first development prototype for the new Ferrari 612 Scaglietti – and it’s going to be bigger, more powerful, yet more economical than ever. Take a close look at this test mule’s profile and you’ll see a few extra inches have been added to the front wings. This indicates a longer wheelbase and more space inside for the four occupants.

When Ferrari took the wraps off the 550 Maranello in 1996, it represented an important step in the company's evolution. Replacing the aging F512M (nee Testarossa), the 550 Maranello marked a shift back to front-engine V12 GTs for Ferrari – the niche market for which the company became known. But if the 550 Maranello was a pivotal product for Ferrari, the 550 Barachetta Pininfarina was even more desirable.

Imagination's a beast, and the beast must be fed. So if you're an automotive enthusiast looking for a good way to waste some time, grab a fork and knife, because Ferrari has launched its online configuration utility for the new 458 Italia. The new supercar isn't on the street yet, and so far we've only seen it in bright red and yellow. Ferrari's color catalog, however, extends far beyond those two primary shades to include silvers, grays, blacks and more.

Back in March, at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, Ferrari first unveiled the Handling Gran Turismo Evoluzione (HGTE) package for the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano. However, since then there hasn't been much follow-up. Now, we finally have tons of pictures of the GTB Fiorano in its full HTGE gear. You always have to take notice when there is package available to make an already exceptional car outstanding.

It's been a long time since the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano Handling GT Evoluzione was unveiled to the world at the Geneva Motor Show, but with a name as painfully contrived as the plotline to Transformers (and likely the sequel), we figure it took Maranello three months just to get the name right on its media site.
